What are your copyright terms and conditions?
- Generally the videographer/photographer retains the rights to the original videos and photos taken whereas the client retains the rights to the final asset. This can be negotiated for each individual project.
- For Real Estate the asset is licensed to the Realtor. You can find our copyright form below.
