What are your copyright terms and conditions?
1. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the photographer or videographer retains ownership of all original media, including raw footage and images. The client receives a license to use the final edited deliverables as outlined in the project agreement.
2. For real estate services, deliverables are licensed to the Realtor. Full licensing terms are available in our copyright form below.
